


Meet Jessica Jaeger
MS, RD, CDN
Founder
Jessica was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University and her M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in exercise physiology from Long Island University.
Jessica is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and sports nutrition. She has worked at inpatient and outpatient eating disorder treatment centers, on college campuses as a dietitian and adjunct professor, and in private practice. Jessica is currently an adjunct professor at Hofstra University. She offers individual eating disorder nutrition therapy, intuitive eating coaching and a variety of workshops.
Jessica and her team of colleagues published a scholarly article in the academic journal Nutrition Today entitled "Dealing with Disordered Thoughts and Behaviors in Youth," which serves as a resource for physicians, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, and psychotherapists navigating disordered eating screening and treatment.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking and baking, yoga, reading, spending time outdoors and on the water, and spoiling her two rescue dogs, Penny and Duke.

Emily moved to the greater New York City area after earning her M.S. in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before her program and dietetic internship at UAB, Emily received her B.S. in Human Nutrition from the Ohio State University.
Emily is a Health at Every Size aligned Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and Intuitive Eating. Emily has worked in a variety of levels of care for eating disorder treatment, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient. Emily is currently a senior Registered Dietitian at the Renfrew Center of New York City, where she helps clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies through the principles of Intuitive Eating and Body Neutrality. At Jaeger Nutrition, Emily offers collaborative, client-led nutrition care and meal support to those in eating disorder recovery.
In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, hiking, cooking new recipes, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
